Overlea Crime: Elm Avenue Home Burglarized, Jewelry Stolen

East Elm Avenue, 100 block. At 11:08 a.m. Sept. 25. A diamond ring and a silver chain, valued at a total of $9,570, were stolen from a home. A burglar pried open a window to get inside.
