Overlea/Fullerton Crime: 7-Eleven Victim of Armed Robbery

The following information was obtained from the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Fullerton area

Belair Road, 8000 block. Between 4:04 and 4:06 a.m. Sept. 18. A 7-Eleven store was robbed at gunpoint. A man entered the store, pointed a small black revolver handgun at the clerk and demanded that he open the register. The robber removed cash from the register and ran out of the store.

The robber is described by police as a black male between 25 and 30 years old, approximately 5'6" tall and 150 pounds. He has brown eyes, a medium build and dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black ski mask, dark blue jacket, and blue jeans.

Overlea Area

Ridgeway Avenue, 4700 block. Between 4 p.m. Sept. 19 and 12:18 p.m. Sept. 20. Two boys, described as between 12 and 15 years old, tried to break into a home by sliding open a window screen, but they ran when they noticed the homeowner.

East Avenue, 5700 block. At 6:29 p.m. Sept. 16. A teal-colored Schwinn bicycle and a Daisey pellet gun were stolen from a shed. The homeowner chased the burglars to Overlea High School where they dropped the stolen pellet gun and managed to escape with the bicycle.
