Owings Mills Man Shot, Found Dead Near Taylor Park Apartments

The 22-year-old man was found dead in his car Tuesday night.

Police have released the identity of an Owings Mills man shot and found dead in Parkville Tuesday night.

Miguiel Anthony Bailey was found dead in his own dark blue Chevrolet Impala after emergency personnel responded to the unit block of Mopec Circle around 6 p.m. Tuesday. Police discovered his body after being called to investigate a report of a man sleeping in his car, according to a statement released by the Baltimore County Police Department.

They found Bailey, 22, of the 4700 block of Dark Star Way in Owings Mills, shot multiple times in his torso. He was declared dead at the scene, according to police.

Police currently have no suspects in the shooting. Detectives continue to investigate whether the shooting occurred on Mopec Circle or whether the vehicle, which was found with its motor running and blood inside, was driven there after the fact.
