Seems like a task force is needed in Pct 8 to combat the thefts and breakins. I can tell you that the apartments on Waltham Woods rd. would be a good place to start as these folks living there are riding some nice bikes, even had a B/M jump my fence last week and the dog got his butt but was able to make it over the fence and drove away on a bike. Seems that a lot of folks need to be FIR around all these apartments. More aggression needs to be shown as this crime wave is out of control, the police can be using unmarked cars with lights and sirens as well as the marked cars so maybe they had a chance to sneak up on these people. We have a tactical squad that could be used, traffic unit could help, k-9 units could assist, there a enough cops out there to do something. Come on Pct. 8 show them your the fighting 8th like in the past, Good luck.

Yeah right like that's going to happen. They will shut down Harford rd for afender bender at rush hour with 8 cop cars, but if you want them to get proactive you're asking a little too much from the "fighting 8th"
