Parkville/Carney Crime: Burglaries on Pinecone Court

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Pinecone Court, unit block. Between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 25. Two flat screen televisions, a Nintendo Wii, an XBox 360, video games, three purses, two bracelets, two DVD players, two laptop computers, a stereo, and a camera, were stolen from a home. The total value of the items stolen is more than $8,000.

Burglars broke a sliding glass door to get inside. One of the two TV's was found in the backyard.

Pinecone Court, unit block. Between 5 p.m. Oct. 24 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 25. A television was stolen from a home. Burglars shattered a sliding glass door to get into the house then stole the TV.

Avondale Road, 9200 block. Between 8:30 a.m. Oct. 24 and 8 a.m. Oct. 25. A metal construction brake, valued at $1,000, was stolen from a garage.

Waltham Woods Road, 9300 block. At 12:05 a.m. Oct. 21. A Homelite gas trimmer was stolen from a trailer parked in the driveway of a home. The stolen property was recovered, but no arrests were made.

Linwood Road, 2600 block. Between Sept. 27 and Oct. 18 at 5 p.m. A sump pump and a VCR were stolen from a vacant house. Burglars were able to get inside the house through an unlocked window, and left by unlocking the back door.
