Parkville/Carney Crime: Equipment Stolen From Construction Site
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.
Cub Hill Road, 2700 block. Between 7:30 p.m. July 30 and 10 a.m. July 31. About 25 feet of electrical wire, valued at $50, were stolen from a home under construction.
I-695 between exits 30 and 31, Outer Loop. Between July 27 and July 30. A generator and three buckets for John Deere construction equipment were stolen from a construction site in the woods off the beltway. A burglar used a forklift on the construction site to damage two trailers at the location, then stole a generator from inside one of them. The total value of the stolen items is estimated at $3,400.
Hillside Road, 9300 block. Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. July 30. Coins, valued at a total of $150, were stolen from a home. Burglars got inside by forcing open a basement door then forcing open a locked door to the kitchen of the home. A bedroom in the home was ransacked but nothing else appeared to have been stolen.

Woodside Avenue, 3000 block. Between July 4 and July 29. A generator, valued at $400, was stolen from a locked storage area on the lower deck of a home. Burglars cut the a lock in order to get inside.
