Police have arrested a man they said helped  commit an armed robbery at the corner of Dale and Kenwood avenues last week.

Jamie DiCapua, 26, of Parkville is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $250,000 bail in connection with the robbery of an acquaintenance committed with the help of two other men who are still being sought, according to police.

Police said the victim, who knew DiCapua, met DiCapua at a Shell gas station near the corner of Henry Avenue and Pulaski Highway early in the morning on Oct. 15. DiCapua asked the victim for a ride, and the victim drove DiCapua to the intersection of Dale and Kenwood avenues in the Overlea area.

There, DiCapua allegedly grabbed the victim by the neck and two other men entered the back seat of the vehicle. The three threatened to shoot the victim and demanded that he give up everything he had, police said.

The robbers allegedly stole $500 in cash and an Android cell phone, then fled. The victim returned to the Shell gas station to notify police, and DiCapua was later arrested.
