UPDATE: Police Identify Pedestrian Killed In Loch Raven Crash

Police said the accident occurred Tuesday morning.

UPDATE (2:16 p.m.) A pedestrian killed in a car accident during the Tuesday morning commute has been identified by police.

Beulah Mills, 63, of the 1400 block of East Eager Street in Baltimore was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to an email from Baltimore County Police Department spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton.

The crash remains under investigation, Batton wrote.

The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 6800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard near Taylor Avenue around 9:42 a.m., according to police spokeswoman Julia Hardgrove.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, she said.

No further information is available as investigators remain on the scene of the accident, according to Hardgrove.
