Police: Burglary Trend Continues

As previously reported on Patch, police in Parkville and Carney have seen an increase in residential burglaries over the past month.

Burglaries continue to be on the rise in Parkville through the first week of December, a trend which began last month, Baltimore County police said.

Community Outreach Officer Jason Goorevitz sent out an email Wednesday afternoon warning recipients that the burglary trend he previously announced is continuing.

"Since Nov. 1 there have been 12 residential burglaries targeting single homes in the Parkville Precinct area," the email said. In the Parkville area, the precinct's boundaries are I-695 to west, Belair Road to the east and the city line to the south.
