Police Identify Victims, Alleged Killer in Nottingham Double Stabbing

Paul White Jr., who police say stabbed his mother to death and attacked his younger sister, was taken into custody at the scene of the crime early Sunday morning.

A Nottingham area man is charged with the stabbing death of his mother in an incident that also left his sister seriously injured.

Paul White Jr., 26, of the unit block of Lerner Court is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault following the incident early Sunday morning, according to a news release from the police department.

White is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police wrote in an email.

White argued with his mother, 46-year-old Jeanette Williams, at their home in the unit block of Lerner Court. Following the argument White stabbed Williams to death with a kitchen knife, police wrote in an email.

Williams was pronounced dead at the scene of the crime, police said.

White is also charged with stabbing his 18-year-old sister Victoria White, who had to be transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview hospital to be treated for serious injuries, police said.
