Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Computers, Projects Stolen From Elementary School

The following information was obtained from the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

Weyburn Road, 1700 block. Between 3:19 and 3:52 a.m. Nov. 28. Four computers and two projectors, a total loss of $4,000, were stolen from Red House Run Elementary School.

Pulaski Highway, 8600 block. Between 9 p.m. Nov. 27 and 9 a.m. Nov. 28. Cell phones, a total value of $16,459, were stolen from a Verizon Wireless store. The police report notes that burglars may have gotten inside with a key as there was no sign of forced entry and no alarm activation.

Philadelphia Road, 8400 block. Between 7:51 and 8 p.m. Nov. 28. Cash was stolen from a Family Dollar store in an armed robbery. A man entered the store, held a knife to an employee's side and ordered the employee to empty cash into a bag.
