Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Hair Stolen In Burglary

The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

Philadelphia Road, 8600 block. At 1:54 a.m. Dec. 11. An unknown amount of Janet Collection Tru Indian Remy hair was stolen from TJ Hair Station in a burglary. Two burglars threw a rock to break the front door, stole the above listed items and fled.

Police are searching for two men in connection with the crime. The first is described as a black male, approximately 5'10" tall with a thin build and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black Kansas City Royals hat, gray coat, black and white gloves, blue jeans and black shoes.

The second is described as a black male, approximately 6'1" tall with a medium to light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black mask, black and white gloves, black pants and black shoes.

Rosedale Avenue, 800 block. At 2:30 p.m. Dec. 5. Three people were arrested and charged after they allegedly tried to steal lawn equipment and tools.

Christopher Steven Bucci, 23, of the 7900 block of Dalrose Avenue; Kevin Louis Mangels, 19, of the 600 block of Patuxent Avenue; and Tiffany Nicole Buttion, 24, of the 1000 block of Sumter Avenue, were each arrested and charged with second-, third- and fourth-degree burglary as well as trespassing.

Each has since been released from the Baltimore County Detention Center.
