Verizon Wireless Store Burglarized For Third Time In 2 Months

Burglars were able to get inside the store by using a key, but this time police were able to get a view of the suspects.

Nearly $15,000 dollars worth of cell phones were stolen from a Verizon Wireless store in the Parkville-Carney area during an overnight burglary on Monday.

Around 3:39 a.m. two men entered the store in the 2000 block of E. Joppa Road by using a key to unlock the front door, police said. The two men walked to a closet, used a crowbar to pry it open and stole cell phones, placing them into a plastic bag, police said.

In total, they stole 13 iPhone 4S, two Samsung Galaxy III, four Samsung Galaxy Note II, an iPhone 5 and an Droid DNA. Police said the total value of the phones is listed as $14,536.
