Taylor's other daughter, 2-month-old Mackenzie Kelley, was also taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she is in stable condition, according to Green.

I have known Kimberly Kelley for about 3 years. We are not close but chat occasionally. This is so terriable. Lily Jo was the love of her life. I can't imagine the pain she is in emotionally and physically. I understand that she will be in the hospital for a long time. Not sure if drugs or alcohol were involved with the 21 year old but I do know that this accident will change the Kelley family forever.

To save everyone the hassle from going to the MD Court results page, it appears Victoria DeAngelo has numerous drug possession and theft charges, among some others. Maybe if the judges in 2011 would have thrown the book at her then, that little girl would be alive today. Instead, she gets waived hearings and court costs + fines to pay. Now this little girl had to pay for this useless piece of sheet's mistakes with her life.

I believe Victoria was deliberately committing suicide. How selfish of her to have taken another innocent life in the process. What a terrible tradgedy.
