Business Scorecard: How Did Parkville-Overlea's Legislators Fare?

Two area legislators received 100 percent scores on the Maryland Business for Responsive Government scorecard.

Baltimore County Republican legislators scored higher than their Democratic counterparts in a ranking of business friendly votes cast in the 2013 General Assembly session.

But how did the legislators who represent Hunt Valley and Cockeysville fare? Republicans outscored Democrats by a longshot. 

Democratic Sen. Kathy Klausmeier was among the legislators ranked lowest by Maryland Business for Responsive Government. Klausmeier scored 50 percent, even with fellow Sen. Ed Kasemeyer and ahead of Sen. Norman Stone who scored 40 percent.

Two 8th District Republican delegates, Parkville's John Cluster and Perry Hall's Joe Boteler were each given 100 percent scores, while Democrat Eric Bromwell scored 64 percent.
