Fifth District Councilman David Marks will hold a meeting of the Fifth District Community Advisory Council on Thursday, June 23 at 7 p.m. at Christus Victor Lutheran Church, 9833 Harford Road, in Carney. The church is located about one mile north of the Joppa/Harford Road intersection.
Councilman Marks has arranged for staff from the Office of Planning to be available to describe the timeline for the upcoming Comprehensive Zoning Map Process (CZMP).
Councilman Marks established the Fifth District Community Advisory Council to inform community leaders about issues and receive feedback on needs.

All members of the public, however, are welcome.
