Best of Winners: Overlea Diner and Bagel Bistro

"Locally owned, bagels are made fresh daily. I've tried several of them now, mostly of the egg and cheese (or with bacon) variety.

Excellent product. Better then Einstein Bros bagels across the board," Tim said.

Over in Towson, the winner looks to be neighborhood staple and in Perry Hall looks to have taken the title on account of their delicious pancakes.
