Reader's Choice: Parkville-Overlea's Best St. Patrick's Day Celebration

Vote for your favorite local place to celebrate the holiday.

St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner and since the holiday falls on a Saturday this year, many local restraurants and gethering places are expecting larger than normal crowds.

Around the Parkville-Overlea area there's a place for every type of St. Paddy's Day reveler: from a corned beef & cabbage dinner to sipping green beer while rocking out, there's something for everyone.

Here's your chance to pick the best place in town for the holiday. Here are some of the top choices (if your choice is not listed, please feel free to let us know and we'll add it):

Voting in the poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday.

  • Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results, positive comments below and in reviews on each of the businesses' Patch Places directory listings (you can reach them by clicking on the businesses above).
  • Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

If your business is listed here, learn how to claim your listing for free on Parkville-Overlea Patch by .

We will announce the winner at noon Friday.

So tell us which is your favorite place to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in town. And don't forget to tell us why in the comments below.

well I guess I have to vote for Bill Bateman's - the best places to be are - Dundalk at noon for the parade and then the Knights of Columbus Hall on Harford Road for home made corn beef, cabbage and potatoes!

The Harp is a pretty cool spot, but it's technically one Patch over in Perry Hall. You can vote for them in that poll: http://perryhall.patch.com/articles/what-is-perry-hall-s-best-st-patrick-s-day-celebration
