When is the last time you took a picture WITH YOUR KIDS? You know the silly pictures that you take when sitting around the house with your smartphone, ipad or digital camera. Has it been a while? Well I take alot of pictures WITH my boys, but i ALWAYS delete them. Why? Call it shallow if you will, but I always look at the picture and think...UGH, I can't let anyone see that pics OF ME. Is that 2 or 3 chins I see? Man, next time I should put on some makeup. So I delete them and move on taking pictures OF my kids and even tons of pics OF my kids WITH their Papa (he never takes a bad picture).

And it really hit home for me. I WANT pictures of me with my kids, I want them to look back when they are older and see how much fun we had together, how much I loved them, how I liked being goofy in the photos. Allison Tate(the author of the blog post)...THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! As soon as I got home from work yesterday, I took a picture with my boys, and it wasn't my best picture by any means, but man I LOVE that picture. I encourage you all to do the same...so...to celebrate.. Pampered Mommas has started a "Get IN the picture" campaign on our FB wall. So please go take a silly, candid picture WITH your kids and post it on our wall. We want to celebrate being mommas, regardless if we have makeup on, our hair done, or a cute outfit.
