After joining the Alliance for a Healthier Generation last year, the school's wellness committee decided to partcipating in the JAMmin' Minutes program, according to an email from school principal Stacey Durkovic.

Durkovich explained in the email that Just A Minute School Program is based around a set of five exercises that take about a minute to complete. All classes at the school are involved in the program which is "designed to teach kids healthier lifestyle habits."

Recently, the entire school took a fitness break at once to participate in a national world record campaign to raise awareness about the importance of physical activity.
