Oak Crest to Host Osteoporosis Awareness Month Presentation

PARKVILLE, MD—In commemoration of Osteoporosis Awareness Month, Oak Crest retirement community will host a presentation by Dr. Anna Monias. 

 Sponsored by Bone Builders, the National Osteoporosis Support Group chapter of Oak Crest, the event will take place on Wednesday, May 18th from 10am-11am in the Town Center Auditorium.

 A geriatrician and the Associate Medical Director with the Oak Crest Medical Center, Dr. Monias will discuss updates in the treatment of osteoporosis.
