~Preparing Papa~ We spend so much time planning and preparing Momma that we sometimes forget about Papa. Preparing Papa will teach Papa some techniques that will help baby and most importantly help Momma too!!! This workshop is open to ALL PAPA's whether a rookie or not~



Preparing Papa will teach Papa:

~ Gentle (safe) Massage techniques that will help Momma relax both before AND after the baby arrives (tutored by a certified massage therapist)

~ Diaper changing

~ Swaddling

~ Feeding/Burping

~ Soothing techniques

~ Suggestions on how help Momma after baby arrives
