Overlea High Tops County Schools A/C Priority List

The school, opened in 1961, was ranked as needing an air conditioning system the most according to a list posted by the Baltimore County School system.

Air conditioning in our public schools is something of a hot-button issue around Baltimore County at the moment, and a priority list recently released by the school system shows the greatest need is at one area high school.

Overlea High School topped the list released by the school system late last week.

At the time, school system spokesman Charles Herndon told Patch's Nayana Davis that a full explanation of the priority list would be provided at a Sept. 18 meeting of the Board of Education.
