Teachers Turn Out to Fight Breast Cancer

The Red Brick Station hosted the fourth-annual fundraiser.

Teachers at drew a crowd Thursday night guest bartending to help the fight against breast cancer. 

Seven teachers served up drinks throughout the night at Red Brick Station in White Marsh.

“I wanted to help out a good cause … it is a good way to celebrate the end of the school year as well as raise money for the [foundation],” said teacher Jen Farlow, who plans to spend three days walking 60 miles with her sister-in-law in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure event to help raise money for the cause.

This is the fourth year a fundraiser has been held at Red Brick sponsoring Jen and her team for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure.
