CCBC Essex Men's Soccer Team Defeats Hagerstown
The women's cross country team competed in a 5K race in Delaware.

CCBC Essex sports results from Saturday, Oct. 5:
CCBC Essex men's soccer team defeated Hagerstown Community College 3-0. The Knights move their record to 6-4-2 and travel to Southern Maryland on Tuesday for an important game in the standings. They return home on Thursday to play Allegany at 6 p.m.
The Lady Knights cross country team traveled to Goldey-Beacom in Delaware for a 5K run. The team was led by Megan Timchula, who finished 48th. Others in the top 75 included Kayla Gardner at 66th, Qiana Washington-Dow at 68th, and Kelsie Williams at 69th. They travel to Hood College in two weeks for their next meet.
