ur Senior Fit class is a half hour in length.
This class is designed to give Seniors a total body workout. It is geared toward Seniors that are somewhat active. The pace of this class is a step down from our regular boot camp. We will work all the major muscles in the body. Don’t just settle for walking. Let us help you develop the strength you need in your bones, muscles, and heart.
When are Senior Fit Classes: Tuesday & Thursday at 12:3o pm and Saturday at 11:30pm
