LT Fit April 2012 Fitness Challenge

The Challenge has begun!

Did you sign up for the April Fitness Challenge?

4 days per week, at least 15 minutes per day during the month of April,
you have to workout and post your workouts on Facebook. Those who stick with the 
Challenge and postings will be entered into a drawing for one month of
FREE BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS.
