Surprise, Surprise, the offer is only…Read More good for NEW customers. Yet I've been a "loyal" Comcast customer for over 15 years now, never late on a payment nor complained when my service failed or I've had an issue that wasn't resolved without me taking "above and beyond" steps.
Comcast is a juggernaut that just doesn't care if once it gets your business. You get locked in and then are stuck until your "contract" expires. Mine expires 2/22/2014 or I could cancel and pay $200. I'm going to hold out and then cut cable all together and just have Internet service so my Rokus work. But Verizon FIOS is looking better by the day.
