Last year the Internet was awash with photos of folks kneeling in the pose made iconic by then-Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow.
The Tebowing phenomenon seems to have gone away, but following a loss to those same Denver Broncos—now led by quarterback Peyton Manning—the Internet's collective attention seems to have turned to Baltimore's own Joe Flacco.
Following an interception late in the first half, Flacco ran down the field in hot pursuit of Bronco's cornerback Chris Harris and fell short.
The SportingNews Twitter account posted the photo with the comment "Mentally prepare yourselves for #Flaccoing".
Then the face-down pose of abject defeat became the subject of many a photo where users strike the same pose.
What do you think of the social media trend and what do you think about Baltimore's quarterback? Tell us in the comments and, if you're so inclined, add a photo of you 'Flaccoing' to the gallery above.
