Business Association To Host Parkville Concert Series

Bands will play at Parkville's Lavender Avenue parking lot Friday evenings through the end of June.

A Parkville parking lot will play host to a series of bands through the beginning of the summer for Friday evening concerts.

Shows will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Fridays on the Lavender Avenue parking lot near the intersection of Harford Road and Taylor Avenue from May 10 to June 28, according to an email from The Parkville-Carney Business Professional Association, which is sponsoring the series.

A flier for the event invites potential listeners to "bring your lawn chairs and blankets for an evening of free music."
