Police Announce Fullerton Fireworks Road Closures

Police plan to direct traffic during the 50th Annual Fullerton Fireworks on July 4.

Expect detours and crowds on July 4 in the Fullerton area.

Police are expected to close the following roads during the at Fullerton Park, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.:

  • Fullerton Avenue
  • Marks Avenue
  • Virginia Avenue
  • Delight Avenue
  • Cherry Avenue
  • Linden Avenue
  • First Avenue

About 30-40 officers from the White Marsh and Parkville precincts are scheduled to manage the closures. Parking for handicapped individuals will be available at . All other attendees are encouraged to park along area streets, according to Cpl. Pat Wilhelm, White Marsh precinct traffic supervisor.

Parking will also be available for $5 per vehicle at Fullerton Manor Bingo and Melvin’s Tire & Auto.

Live music from Awaken is expected to begin at 6 p.m. with fireworks starting at 10 p.m. The rain date is July 5, according to the event website.
