This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Clove and Peter Cottontail. Here's what they each have to say--
Hello. My name is Clove and I was brought to Baltimore Humane Society from Animal Control. They found I had a microchip from BHS because I had been adopted from there a few years ago. I am safe now and back at BHS where I can try to find another forever home. I am a BIG girl at 20 pounds, so right now I am on weight control food to help me lose some pounds. I enjoy being around people and getting attention and am really hoping there is a loving and happy family out there wanting to adopt a "big boned" girl like me. If that sounds like you, then please visit BHS soon so we can meet. Thank you!
Hi there! I'm Peter Cottontail and I'm a young dwarf rabbit available for adoption. Someone actually found me, but couldn't keep me so they brought me to Baltimore Humane Society to find a new home. I am a happy and active bunny who is a pretty good jumper. So if you plan on using an exercise pen with me in your home you will have to make sure its a tall one! The staff here says I am friendly, good about being handled, and that I will make a great pet for someone. Think that someone might be you? Then come on out to BHS to meet me and fill out an application! I'll be waiting.
The adoption fee for Clove is $105, and $50 for Peter Cottontail. Plus both get a free bag of starter food!
