I would like this place a lot more if the employees were a little more proactive about engaging with customers. I've been in there numerous times with a specific item in mind and have managed to walk repeatedly throughout the store without being greeted or offered any assistance. Once or twice I was irritated enough by this that I left without making a purchase.
Local businesses are often complaining about customers going to the bigger chain stores but the fact is, if you want my money you're going to have to make me feel welcome there. I shouldn't have to chase after you.
