The Firehouse Tavern is a local establishment which has been a part of the Parkville Area for years. As a bar, they serve the expected menu of "bar food" and carry all manner of spirits and a variety of beers on tap. As a bar, the Firehouse is also able to sell alcohol seven days a week, allowing its liquor store (attached) to sidestep Maryland's strict Blue Laws. Parking is readily available, and in addition to bar and restaurant specials, the Firehouse has karaoke on featured evenings.
