I had an Onkyo TS-RX705 that needed repair. Their turn around time was 4-6 weeks, which is normal, they were very professional and fixed my receiver and it has worked perfect since... I highly recommend them for all your audio/video repair needs.

I hear only good things about Just Audio and the owner has been to a few community meetings. That is why I voted for him as a small businesses worthy of getting a buisness grant. I encourage Patch readers to do the same. Let's support our local businesses by voting for them!!!!!! Bring some of this grant money back to Parkville.
They did an outstanding job on my Sony Audio;vidio control center and it works great. Hundreds less than having to buy a whole new theater center. Thanks Just Audio.
I took my amplifier to Just Audio for evaluation. I was told they would provide an estimate after the evaluation. I was concern about spending too much money on an old amplifier. The salesman indicated the repair would not exceed $150. The repair estimate came back at $250, when I bulked at the price they immediately offer a discount. In my opinion the offer of a discount is not a good indication of how they operate. I opted to just pick my amplifier up and take it somewhere else as I didn't feel I could trust them after the bait and switch on the repair price. I just received a call from the second shop that is going to repair the amplifier. This shop indicated Just Audio removed some pots and replaced them with pots that are not the correct model and do not properly fit on the board. They also indicated the amplifier was not put back into an as found condition. When I contronted Just Audio about what happened the person on the phone gave conflicting stories about the work they performed. I wouldn't recommend Just Audio if your looking for an audio repair facility.
