LT Fit Boot Camp offers personal training, fitness boxing, and boot camp sessions for men and women ages 30-60. Fitness boxing seeks to improve one's physical and mental shape, strengthen your core, improve self-esteem, and learn self-defense. It also offers nutrition programs that offer customized meal plans and an online tracking system.
