In my 25 years of owning Mercedes Benz vehicles this is the best shop I've ever been to. They are super honest, reliable, and fair in their pricing. They are about 1/2 the cost of going to a dealership and they cheerfully accept "walk-ins". One shop on York Road in Cockeysville tried to charge me $1400.00 to fix my power windows and Pars Auto looked at the problem and fixed for it NOTHING! The computer programming had to be reset for the power windows which they fixed in 5 minutes! You can trust these people!

this is the WORST auto mechanic place that I have EVER taken my car to. Please DO NOT USE this place. They performed an improper diagnostic on my vehicle and after paying almost 800 dollars my car and four days later, my car stopped working. They refused to cover the parts that burned up my alternator and that were under warranty. I highly suggest you use any other mechanic.

this is the BEST shop i have ever been to. They are ALWAYS so welcoming and helpful. They are not like other companies that haggle with the price or try to have me pay to fix as much as possible. Everything they have ever done is still lasting and I've had no problems with it ever again. They really go out of their way for their customers. I advise everyone to bring their car here. You are in good hands!
