I've been using Walt Sanders repair shop for all my car repairs for over 20 years and he is quite simply the most knowledgable mechanic I have ever used. He is also the most fair and will never make up unneeded repairs - he simply has so much regular business due to his honesty and skill. I was there the day that "amigoamen" came in in October 2011 and witnessed firsthand her nastiness from the getgo. It became immediately apparent that she was a racist young lady who probably never met a white man she liked and treated Walt like he was her personal servant. While she was walking away from Walt - after he told her that he couldn't get to her car immediately, i.e., drop all other work - she muttered rather loudly, "I'll get you M.F., all the while giving him the "finger." A customer came in later in the day and said that Walt should check his Website. Unbelievably, not only had this vicious racist (under the names "Amigoamen" and "Amy" wrote terrible untruths - absolute lies - about her dealing with Walt earlier in the day and she had apparently contacted some of her friends ("cherry" for one)who parroted almost exactly what she wrote in her attempt to destroy Walt's hard-earned good reputation! It's so sad that bigoted people like her have nothing better to do than go around spouting hate. Shame on her!

Don't believe Amy. She went around the net spreading untrue things about Walt Sanders. She went on yahoo as amigoamen and said the same exact words. I have been going to Sanders for 15+ years. He is fair, honest, and does quality work. Shame on you Amy. You are truely a bitter person.

Seems a bit strange that out of 5 reviews, 4 come within two days of each other (3 within three hours, 2 within 2 minutes) and all say pretty much the same thing. Could it possibly be the same person all four times? Hmmm. I used this station once - he does appear to be quite honest and hard working. I do detect an edge there - I don't think there is an intent to offend. I think he's a stressed out individual who is doing the best he can to provide honest, quality work for his customer. If you need something done in a hurry - he may not be your guy - but that's because this little shop has a lot of customers. But he will be up front with you on how much time it will take. I'm rating this a 4 right now, because I have had only one experience. He could turn into a 5.

Walt Sanders Is One of, if not THE most Honest Mechanics in the Business, He has been working on My vehicles for nearly 7 years as well as those of Friends and Family. I have never been disappointed with his Service or Pricing.
I think We have to be careful what we believe when We read these Reviews. The Truth and the Proof can be found by driving by and seeing a
parking lot of full of Customer Cars eagerly awaiting the expert Diagnosis and repair From an Artist in the Field of Automotive Mechanics.

I would NEVER recommend this repair shop. Whatever happened to "customer service"? Somebody needs to introduce them to the term.

Customer Service doesn't seem to be on their priority list.

Worst and Most Belligerent Customer Service!!!
I personally went in to get an appointment and was told to show up at 8:00 a.m. on a Wednesday. I went in on the given date and time, and the shop was closed. I left a message that was never returned. So I called about two hours later and the person on the other end was exceptionally rude and belligerent. He told me sarcastically that they are now open and I was never given an 8:00 a.m. appointment because they DON'T do that. When I insisted that I did get an 8:00 a.m. appointment, he got even more agitated and I had to end the call. I again went to his shop hoping to jog his memory about the appointment, but no luck. He actually went into this threatening mode and went totally berserk.
Maybe it is time for the old man behind the counter to retire, or make sure he gets some kind of medication but he did not act like a sane individual. Also, threatening customers or anybody for that matter especially at his age is kind of ironic. My suggestion is to never ever set foot on this premises, there is an insane individual on the loose.
