I've been to the location several times and the service is just OK, you can really tell that the employees don’t appreciate their jobs nor care about the customers. The last time I was there, there was one customer in front of me, 2 female and 1 male employees behind the counter. The male employee took my ordered of a foot long meatball and begun to cut the bread and then another customer came in, he then put my cut bread aside and proceeded to make that customers order, I guess the customer was a regular. Next thing I knew I was last in line. At the register, I asked the female employee for a knife and fork so that my wife who has to cut her food up since she has braces could eat, she said "we changed our policy; you have to purchase a salad in order to get some utensils". Unbelievable!
