Mr. Average May 14, 2013 at 11:26 am

Remodel looks great - food is great - beer selection is solid. Table service was slow and the guyRead More didn't know what style of beer the The Barn Evolution was, recommended we try a drink (orange crush) that we had already ordered, got our credit card mixed up and forgot to give us a pen You should probably know at least about about the tap named after the place you're working at

Now I know your being fed your posts. You aren't that sm ,well let's say you usually just come outRead More and fib .steve what date is on your Facts ? When did Virginia successfully win case against EPA ? Jauary 10th 2013 .The fact is they can't EPA that is levy a tax legally on any jurisdiction .If Challenged they'e lost . Your going to use semantics and say something your handlers tell you .Fact is many different fees we pay even the Flush tax cover water.Your handlers don't want the public to get together and sue so they keep throwing out diversions .
kevin May 17, 2013 at 06:19 pm
Wow great diversion sort of like :"what does it matter now " . People first KK devisedRead More formula for Baltimore county .Why is non -profit smaller ? Very simple what they are doing won't stand up in court. But are citizens going to join together and sue?Probably not, but say a church with a NATIONAL charity legal office ? You better believe the lawsuits were being drawn up .KK new this and backed off enough to make a difference.See it's hard for a national charity to sue if residents are paying much more .Steve will tell you this state does this and evrything else .But facts are we already cover those in other fees which have tripled .This is theft pure and simple it won't see the bay it is already budgeted to pay for general funds. The answer to stop this tax is throw out officials next time, but for now is there any lawyer who could tell us how to file a suit against EPA ,B.C. or state of Maryland for NOT protecting us and stopping tax? KK changed because he was totally afraid of national charities coming after him. That is closer to any fact your going to get from Steve and his band of alias that follow .

What will the price be when the price of gas goes up because of oil refineries have problems orRead More environmental problems, like it does every year. Truckers have to pay for that tax as and trucks bring stuff to stores and the truckers will charge more to the stores and they will charge higher prices to their customers.Expect the immediate effect will be higher pricesfor pizza and taxis almost immediate with Fedex and UPS coming shortly after then storesto follow after

Bill and Diane are certainly due this award for the many events that they have put together over theRead More years , but the Patch should have also mentioned in this story the huge amount of charity coming from Ravens Roost # 82 that is based at Mc Avoys . The amount of food alone that was brought in and donated to great organizations like Victors Vittles in the month of March was incredible. It is not even Christmas or Thanksgiving and we were able to donate hundreds of pounds of food. Nonetheless congrats to the owners for there support of the Roost and their own hard work .
Derek A. Rogge March 27, 2013 at 01:50 pm
Wow , thats a big accusation in a "public" forum , might want to reconsider your comment .
Tom March 28, 2013 at 08:01 pm
Congrats McAvoys this is well deserved!
Ian Brett Cooper March 31, 2013 at 01:57 pm
A 20 cent tax on every gallon of gasoline, and it evokes this sort of reaction? Diddums!
McGibblets March 31, 2013 at 02:09 pm
Everyone is different and everyone reacts to things differently. Maybe people are sick of beingRead More told what percentage of their income is going to be pirated by the govt. Maybe people want a govt that represents them rather than one that controls them. Diddums that you dont care or respect others wishes... or that you find their concerns sarcastically sad.
Dr. Dave March 31, 2013 at 06:54 pm
There already is one, Sam. It's called "Change Maryland" and it's at changemaryland dotRead More org.

My family has gone to Bel-Loc for many years! It's a family tradition! The breakfast food hasRead More always been #1 along with the home-made shakes! I hope that Bel-Loc doesn't go down the tubes, but I can understand that Bill would not want to sell, after all, his parents actually BROUGHT that dinner from NY to Loch Raven and Joppa intersection! Whatever Bel-Loch does, we will remain loyal customers!
Margaret June 4, 2013 at 03:13 pm
I hope Bel Loc Dinner doesn't need Robert Irvine in Restaurant Impossible I never had bad serviceRead More here. I love their breakfast etc. When they did have dinner it was very good.
Cindy Lou June 10, 2013 at 12:52 am
We got food poisoning there two years ago and have not been back. After being sick for 9 days, thatRead More sealed the deal. Double T on Joppa Road is the diner to go to. Awesome food, dessert, and service.

So how does a summer concert series help parking for the local stores?
Marge March 22, 2013 at 09:26 pm
Little guy loses out as usual to the big money. They don't care how much they hurt the others.Read More Still can't figure why we need WALGREENS & CVS on every other corner. This place should be boycotted.
Tom March 28, 2013 at 08:09 pm
there are never cars in that lot. Most people park in the back of Jerry D's or on the street for theRead More pool hall. Do we need a Walgreens NO but the lot is taking up space.
