Towson Man Eyes Republican County Executive Nomination

Residency requirements could thwart Timothy Tenne's efforts to get his name on the 2014 ballot

Timothy Tenne has lived in Baltimore County nearly all his life except for the time he spent in the Air Force. The retired Lt. Colonel and commercial airline pilot wants to be Baltimore County Executive but he may need a little help to meet the residency requirements. "There is going to have to be some kind of an opinion from the Attorney General or we're going to need a Charter change," Tenne said speaking of his eligibility. Tenne filed earlier this year and is listed on the Maryland State Board of Elections website as a provisional candidate. Kamenetz To Meet With Parkville Residents Next Week

The latest "Coffee with Kevin" event will be held at a Ridgeleigh restaurant on Dec. 4.

Have an idea you'd like to share with Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz? You'll have your chance next week when he hosts a community forum in the Ridgeleigh neighborhood. The latest "Coffee With Kevin" event will be held at Johnny Dee's Restuarant at 1705 Amuskai Road in the Ridgeleigh neighborhood at 10 a.m. Dec. 4, according to a news release from the county. The meeting, which will last roughly an hour, is open to the public without pre-registration, according to the release.
