Three Injured In Tuesday Evening Carney Crash
The drivers of three vehicles were transported to GBMC and Johns Hopkins Bayview.
Three people were injured in a four-vehicle accident in Carney shortly after 8 p.m. Tuesday. Around 8:16 p.m. Kelsey Alana Beard Faniel, 28, was driving a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta eastbound on Joppa Road when she rear-ended a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by 26-year-old Allyse Lynnette Hawley Algarin, which was waiting in the eastbound left turn lane at the intersection of Joppa and Magledt Roads, according to police spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher. That initial collision caused Algarin's vehicle to strike the left rear corner of a 2001 Dodge 1500 driven by 52-year-old Kendall Roy Shoats, Rogers-Feher said.
