Man Pretends to be Struck by Car, Robs Driver
The pizza delivery man was attacked when he went to check on the robber.
A pizza delivery driver was robbed after he went to check on a man who pretended to be struck by his vehicle on Wednesday. The delivery man was driving down an alley behind the 1800 block of Aberdeen Road when a man jumped in front of his vehicle and fell down at around 10:05 p.m., according to a Baltimore County police report. Another man grabbed the driver from behind while the man laying on the floor pointed a gun at his head. The man who grabbed the driver rummaged through the man's pockets and stole $80 in cash, a debit card and a social security card, police said. The robbers then fled the scene.
