Police said the accident occurred Tuesday morning.
UPDATE (2:16 p.m.) A pedestrian killed in a car accident during the Tuesday morning commute has been identified by police. Beulah Mills, 63, of the 1400 block of East Eager Street in Baltimore was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to an email from Baltimore County Police Department spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton. The crash remains under investigation, Batton wrote.
