Parkville's Giant Grand Opening

The new grocery store opened Thursday evening and drew scores of people for promotions.

After a just a month of intensive renovation, Giant Food opened their new store in Parkville Shopping Center Thursday night amid a ton of fanfare. The grand opening event was attended by Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, County Council members Cathy Bevins and David Marks and Third District City Councilman Robert Curran along with scores of Parkvillians excited to see the return of a grocery store to the neighborhood.
