A Parkville man has been charged after parents at Villa Cresta Elementary School reported seeing him on school grounds with a gun Monday afternoon. Robert Cleary, 30, of the 2500 block of Perring Woods Road, was charged Wednesday with disturbing school operations, possessing a dangerous weapon on school grounds and trespassing on school grounds in connection with the incident, according to a Baltimore County poice release. Investigation revealed that Cleary allegedly cut across school property to meet a friend at the intersection of Ardmore and Rader avenues so he could get a lift to a nearby pawn shop. Food delivery drivers from Perry Hall and Parkville were attacked and robbed by by men luring them into a trap, court records show.
Two Baltimore men face life in prison after they allegedly twice attacked and robbed Perry Hall and Parkville food delivery men, court records show. Police described two incidents in which the two men called food delivery drivers, luring the victims into a trap near the apartments in the unit block of Raylon Drive. One of the victims, a 57-year-old man, remained in hospital care as of Tuesday after suffering serious injuries from the assault last week, Lt. Ron Brooks, of Precinct 9 White Marsh, said. Baltimore County police said one of the assailants held a gun to the woman's head Thursday night.
A woman was carjacked Thursday night while attempting to pick up Chinese food on Loch Raven Boulevard. Around 10 p.m., two women drove to Chen's Kitchen, in the 8000 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, to get their food. While the driver went into the carryout, the passenger remained in the car, according to a Baltimore County police report. A carjacker later approached the vehicle, opened the driver's side door and pointed a gun at the woman's head and told her to get out. Police said another assailant opened the passenger side door, dragged the woman out and threw her to the ground. The carjackers then drove off in the vehicle southbound on Loch Raven Boulevard, according to the report.

The 17-year-old boy reportedly stole $110 from his juvenile client's home.
An alleged underage Parkville drug dealer reportedly burglarized a home to settle a debt owed by a 16-year-old resident. The boy, 17, broke into the home in the 1700 block of Joan Avenue through a rear back basement door at around 6 p.m. Friday, according to a Baltimore County police report. He allegedly stole $110 in cash, owed by a 16-year-old resident. Police said the boy was arrested and charged for burglary and drug distribution.

A Fullerton man had his mini bike and hammer drill stolen in a burglary on Monday, according to a Baltimore County police incident summary. The burglar sneaked into the man's home in the 4500 block of Ridge Road sometime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through a side window. Police estimated the value of the red Doodle Bug mini bike and the green/black Makita hammer drill to be $300 and $400, respectively. A Parkville man has been arrested and charged with stabbing another man during a drug deal in the Harford Park neighborhood Saturday night. Joshua Ritter, 28, of the 2500 block of Wycliffe Road has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery and first-degree assault, according to police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton. Ritter is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Police say that around 9:25 p.m. Mar. 16, officers responded to the 2500 block of Creighton Avenue for a subject with a stab wound. Ritter and another man had been in a car near the intersection of Creighton Avenue and Park Place doing a drug deal when Ritter pulled out a knife and demanded drugs from the victim, Batton said. …
