Pappas Is the Place to Be for Mother's Day

The nearly 40-year-old Parkville business was the winner of our Mother's Day Readers' Choice poll.

Parkville-Overlea has spoken: Pappas Restaurant is the place to be this Mother's Day. The good news is that they'll be serving a special dinner menu all day that includes both single and double orders of their famous crabcakes. On Wednesday nights they have a crabcake special. Love going there not only because there crabcakes are delicious but they have great customer service. We sit at the lounge and have our dinner just so we can be entertained by the bartender John...he's great at his job and we always leave there laughing.   more ›

No one anywhere has a better Italian coldcut then Mastellones. Hands down the best. it's always consistently delicious too which is rare. I've had alot of good sandwiches around town, but you go back and it's not as good the next time or rushed, sloppy, etc. Mastellones always makes their subs perfect every time. I think they make their own Mozzerella too and even the bread and rolls I believe …   more ›
