UPDATED: Police Idenifty Woman Killed In Rosedale Crash
One person is dead following an accident on Philadelphia Road.
UPDATE (3:12 p.m., Jan. 31)—One person was killed and another person was injured in a collision Wednesday evening in the Rosedale area. Police have identified the woman killed in the accident as 49-year-old Sandra Lynn Vogel, of the 21000 block of Big Woods Road in Dickerson, MD. Officers responded to the 8100 block of Philadelphia Road at 6:13 p.m. on Jan. 30 for reports of a head-on collision involving four vehicles, according to police spokesman Cpl. John Wachter. The driver of one vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene, Wachter wrote in an email. The driver of a second vehicle was transported by ground to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, but that person's condition remains unknown. The other two drivers were not injured in the …
