Man Arrested, Allegedly Broke Windows At Businesses 'For Attention'
The series of burglaries occurred overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday.
A Cub Hill man has been arrested and charged in a series of break-ins at businesses in Parkville and Fullerton and reportedly told officers that he had committed the crimes "for attention." Stephen Michael Sprecher, 18, of the unit block of Strabane Court was arrested and charged with three counts each of second- and fourth-degree burglary, three counts of malicious destruction of property, making a false statement to a police officer and drug possession. He has been released from the Baltimore County Detention Center on $10,000 bond, according to court records.
