Help the Carney Improvement Association ask the Liquor Licensing Board to deny a new liquor license for 9502 Harford Road (formerly Beverly Hochstedt Florist). This location is immediately across Harford Road from the Parkville/Carney Baltimore County Public Library. There are already 4 liquor stores within a one mile radius of the intersection of Harford and Joppa Roads.
